Use these instructions to complete your order for a Marmalade Ark doll. The form
below can be used as a guide. Questions? E-mail or phone the studio and we'll be

1. Click here to print an Order Form.

2. Under Name/Description enter Marmalade Ark and your preferred
    Animal Species.

NOTE: Ark Animals come with a display stand and are naked as the
day they were born. If you'd like a set of togs (diaper, socks, shoes, and
cute outfit of our choice), please specify boy or girl and add $25.

NOTE CONCERNING COMMISSIONS of your pet: Please provide
color photographs (we will return them!) of front, side, and 3/4 views
that include feet and tail.
Call or e-mail us for pricing and delivery schedule of custom orders.

3. Under Style, specify either Standing or Action leg stance.

4. Skip Color. We choose color natural to the species.

5. Under Size, note 6-Month or 12-Month to determine clothing your
    Ark Animal will wear. Heights vary depending on species, 6 month dolls
    are minimum 19" tall and 12 month dolls are a minimum 27".

6. Qty is the place to tell us if you want a herd of elephants or just 1.

7. Enter the Price Each: $200 for 6-month figures; $250 for 12-month.
    Multiply Qty x Price to determine the figure to place under Total.

 8. Domestic delivery is $25 for ground shipment. For foreign or expedited shipping,
     phone or e-mail your requirements so we can advise pricing and delivery date.

9. Be sure to include your phone number and e-mail in case we have questions
    concerning your request.
    
Allow six (6) weeks for completion of your order for stock designs.
Commissions may take longer.
